Earnest Products adheres to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) practices, by which parts are designed to be as easy and economical as possible to manufacture. Working from design specifications, our manufacturing engineers determine the method of manufacturing and the order in which the part will be fabricated to ensure the greatest efficiency and significantly minimize wasted materials. Earnest Products also has personnel on the shop floor to stage each job so that machine operators and trained craftsmen need not interrupt their workflow. This important additional staffing enables greater productivity, resulting in cost reduction.
